We give birthday gifts, and myself and my sisters have taken it upon ourselves to get Fathers Day gifts as an appreciation for Dad, (to his disgust), but that's just a personal choice, and a convenient day to do it. On cricket, I almost wish I was missing playing, but I'm not :( My family haven’t really done the present thing for Christmas or birthdays for a long time now, for much the same reason.
