Yet, I am content. The reason for this is because I’ve put myself on a harder than normal training regime for the last fortnight and this week I’ve added another series of training session’s called Bootcamp to the list.

There is no truth to that rumour. In fact, I am probably the opposite of charm. What is the opposite? I’m thinking it’s probably a fork. The answer to everything is fork. Fork you. Fork off. Fork off and die. It works at so many levels. I’m not sure where I am going with this – it may take an unexpected turn. Now that I have told you that, you are expecting an unexpected turn and the unexpected has become expected, thus the expected is not the way to go. Still with me?

If this were actually true, do you know how many people would be wandering around with tea towel’s around their heads carrying AK-47′s and wanting “flying” lesson’s?

They are fantastic to behold, especially if you’ve forgotten about it and someone reminds you the day before the weekend when its supposed to happen on Monday. It’s like a wave of euphoria passes over you and you’re instantly relaxed at the thought of not only a 3 day weekend but that the following weekend arrives even closer than normal.
